FOR YOUR BUSINESS

In "Behind the Mask and Beneath the Ego" Rob Faust introduces us to a host of masked characters who collectively offer inspired laughter and personal insight. Using masks as metaphor, Rob explores empathy, non-verbal communication, and humor, while exploring the masks we wear daily. Rob believes that a great way to deepen the dialogue with ourselves, and to connect more profoundly with others, is to de-value the ego and see behind our 'masks'—our roles, titles and coping strategies—to see others and reveal ourselves more consciously. Rob literally embodies his message to encourage us to go beneath our egos and laugh at ourselves.
